TRUTH IS
MOST GUYS ARE STUCK
All of this creeps up on you.
You’re not failing.
But you’re definitely not moving.
You feel like you should be further ahead by now.
But most of the time, you're just trying to get through the week.
Am I actually growing... or just going through the motions?
It’s a tough question.
And it’s even tougher to answer honestly.
Most guys are just looping.
Busy, but not really building anything.
Scrolling to “relax”.
Talking about getting in shape, starting the business, moving up at work.
But never really doing it.
They’re waiting for the right time…

Comfort killed your edge.
Food shows up at your door.
Netflix lines up your next dopamine hit.
AI finishes your thoughts.
We’ve removed friction from our lives.
And with it, we removed growth.
If life isn’t testing you, you’re not evolving.

You don’t need more motivation.
You need a mission.
Without a purpose, days blur together.
With it everything gets sharper.
I check in with my goals every month.
Because the world moves fast.
And if I don’t adjust, I get off course.
Right now my energy’s going into Forte, the brands, and helping as many guys as possible.
That focus fuels me.
It gives my days structure and purpose.
Write your mission in one sentence.
If you can’t, that’s where you need to start.

You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.
Your circle is either a launchpad or a leash.
If the guys around you aren’t pushing you,
They’re slowly softening you.
They might be loyal. But are they growing?
Do they challenge your habits?
Do they expect more from you?

Track what matters.
Be real with yourself:
Did you train today?
Did you keep your word?
Did you move something forward?
Most guys don’t improve because they don’t measure.
No tracking = no truth.
But here’s what happens when you start:
🤝 You get small wins.
🤝 Small wins build confidence.
🤝 And confidence is a cheat code.
It rewires how you show up.
It flips your internal belief.

Here’s how you flip everything.
For 30 days just do these 2 things and watch what happens:
⏳ Block 30 minutes a day to work on something that actually matters
✅ Do one action per day toward your mission
You don’t need a new life.
You just need momentum.
