- Before you set another goal...do this
Before you set another goal...do this
Start turning your vision into results
Future you is waiting
We’re now in month 9 - where you at with everything?
Most people treat their goals like vague wishes.
But you know momentum won’t appear on its own.
Goals only happen when they’re built with precision.
Stop chasing random ideas.
Build a blueprint that moves you closer to the version of yourself you want to become.
This week:
🧠 How to design goals that stay top of mind
🎯 The 3-step framework for achieving them
🔑 Just doing the work beats motivation every time
🚀 A reset system you can use again and again

The Key to a $1.3 Trillion Opportunity
A new trend in real estate is making the most expensive properties obtainable. It’s called co-ownership, and it’s revolutionizing the $1.3T vacation home market.
The company leading the trend? Pacaso. Created by the founder behind a $120M prior exit, Pacaso turns underutilized luxury properties into fully-managed assets and makes them accessible to the broadest possible market.
The result? More than $1B in transactions and service fees, 2,000+ happy homeowners, and over $110m in gross profit to date for Pacaso.
With rapid international growth and 41% gross profit growth last year alone, Pacaso is hitting their stride. They even recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same VCs that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo also backed Pacaso. Join them as a Pacaso shareholder before the opportunity ends September 18.

VISION CREATES
THE BLUEPRINT

Before you write anything down, create a vivid picture of the outcome.
Not “I want to get fit” but “I want to run a half-marathon next spring and feel confident in a tailored suit.”
Clarity at the start makes every action that follows easier.
👉 Practical exercise: Spend five minutes writing a “day in the life” of your future self. What do you wear, where do you go, how do you feel. That all becomes your North Star.
The 3×3 framework
Large goals collapse when they stay too large. Use this method:
Three big outcomes - IE career, fitness, relationships.
Three milestones under each - what comes first, second, third.
Three daily or weekly actions that build each milestone.
Instead of staring at a mountain, you’re going to build momentum from stacked, repeatable wins.
Execution: a simple approach I take
You can be motivated, excited, ready to take on your goals, but if they’re organized, you’re going to have a really hard time executing on them, let alone starting.
I map out my entire year:
Starting with what the big goals are for the year.
Then I break them down into quarters
Then months.
Then weeks.
And then the real, tactical things I need to do to move goals along go into my calendar daily.
👉 Practical tip: Block your calendar with the actual things you need to get done on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and set a reminder notification so you’re always TOLD when you need to complete something.
But it’s not to say it needs to be as intense as this:
I'm 30 years old.
And I run a $200M portfolio of businesses.
This is my daily routine:

Revisit and reset
Goals shift as your life shifts.
A target that mattered in January may feel irrelevant by June.
Treat this as recalibration rather than failure - I’m constantly updating my goals throughout the year - this is all normal.
👉 Reset system: Every 90 days, run a personal review. Ask yourself three things:
Am I closer to the vision I pictured?
Are these goals still aligned with the life I want?
What can be simplified or eliminated?
Keep your goals alive and flexible.
They’re yours, after all.
